We accept Discover, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Our preference for online products is to use Paypal for your added confidentiality and security. If you order by mail or fax and use a credit card, please provide the following information: your name, exactly as it appears on the card; card number and expiration date; the name of the bank that issued the card and the address where you receive your credit card statements. Sign your name and provide us with a contact phone number.

Checks and Money Orders

Should be payable to Aaron's Wheels. There is no hold on any order using a cashier's check or money order. We will accept personal checks. Due to the number of returned checks, orders paid with a personal or electronic check will not be processed until the check funds have cleared the bank and our check processor has notified us. If you do not want a delay in processing your filing request, please use a money order, cashiers check or credit card. Please understand that all personal checks will require up to a 10 day hold until the funds have cleared your bank before your order is fully processed. All orders shipped within the state of Florida will be charged 6% sales tax.

Applicable to wheels and tire packages only, other rates will be considerably less, depending on weight and dimension.

All shipments are made through UPS Ground Insured. In general, most items are shipped within three to five business days of your order. Special orders may take longer. Upgraded shipping methods are available upon request at additional charges. Please understand that orders placed after shipping hours (1:00 PM EST are considered as having been ordered on the next business day. UPS does not deliver on weekends. UPS Ground from coast to coast can take up to eight business days, so please allow time for your package to arrive. Also, please remember that holidays can interfere with normal shipping times. You will be notified via e-mail with your package shipping tracking numbers upon shipment. Please note that all packages are shipped signature required.

All the above shipping policies apply to residents of Canada, Alaska and Hawaii as well. However, orders shipped to these locations will vary in price and must be quoted at the time of shipment. We will adjust your order as necessary and advise you of the total before finalizing your order and billing you.

All items are inspected by us before they leave our facility to make sure they are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. All parts are backed by the limited warranty extended by the manufacturer. Warranties will vary depending on the product. When applicable, we provide the manufacturer's warranty information. Please keep your receipt and order information in the event a warranty issue should occur. You must make any warranty claim. Parts returned for warranty will be exchanged or credited at our option. We will not back warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, abuse, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to the parts only, and do not cover labor, installation, paint, or other incidental charges.

Returns Guidelines:

1) Please call us at 1-866-295-RIMS (7467) before returning any item with your reason for requesting a return. Returns which are permitted must be made within 10 days of your receipt of the product. Returns are only granted in situations where you have received the incorrect product and the product has not been used. Mounted wheels are not returnable. All returned items must be in their original packaging and strapping. It is imperative that wheel lugs or other loose objects are placed in secure boxes and not left loose inside the wheel package. Loose object will damage the wheel surface during transit. All returned packages are inspected by our quality assurance department. If the returned product arrives damaged, and it is determined that the damage was the result of customer's negligence (in-proper packaging), then the customer will be charged the full amount. Please note the customer will be charged the return shipping charges.

2) When applicable we will respond with a return authorization R.A. number and our shipping address. The R.A. number helps us track and process your return quickly and efficiently. Write the R.A. number on the outside of your return package, include a copy of your original invoice, and return the package within 10 days of the receipt of your R.A. number. We will not accept any returns without an R.A. Number.

3) All items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.

4) Used products are not returnable. Wheels and tires that have been mounted on your vehicle cannot be returned.

5) Package and insure all items for their full value. Lost or damaged products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6) Return packages must be sent prepaid directly to the shipping address we provide you. We do not accept packages returned to us by Greyhound or other shippers that require us to make terminal will calls. Any return sent C.O.D. will be sent back to you by your freight company.

7) Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. A company check will be issued for money order, checks and western union refunds.

8) Products returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless: the product is being returned due to a product specification error on our part. We incur shipping costs and credit card processing fees to fulfill your order. If you simply change your mind please understand that we are unable to refund certain costs.

9) There are no returns on special orders

10) No returns will be accepted after 10 days and only then in compliance with all of the above conditions.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING YOUR RETURN ITEMS PROPERLY TO ENSURE SAFE TRANSIT. THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) MUST BE MARKED ON ALL PACKAGES. OUR RECEIVING DEPARTMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES WITHOUT A RA #.

Manufacturers Warranties

All Merchandise that is covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the manufacturer's warranty extended to the purchaser. The basic manufacturer warranty on wheels and tires covers workmanship and materials. If the problem with a wheel is the fault of the manufacturer, the wheel may be covered by the manufacturer under the manufacturers warranty. If the problem is the fault of the installer, the automobile, the driver, something on the road, or driving with a flat tire, the wheel is NOT covered under warranty. The basic warranty for chrome plated or chrome painted wheels is 30 days. There are no other warranties, expressed, implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
